In the middle of a career change
Martina was at a turning point. She was trained as a systemic coach (ISO 17024) and psychosocial counselor, had a well-thought-out concept, even branding. But the leap into visibility was missing. No digital presence, no customer process, no path from „I could“ to „I am.“
Sessions 1-2
From expertise to foundation
Together we translated her domain expertise into a structured knowledge base. The foundation for everything that followed: a clear offering, a defined target group, and the first experience that digital tools aren't rocket science. Martina quickly noticed: „This I can learn.“
Sessions 3-4
Proof of concept: a working questionnaire
The heart of her offering: a digital questionnaire for career counseling. Built in our sessions — not by me, but by Martina herself. Three real test analyses as proof that the concept works. An idea became a concrete product.
Sessions 5-6
The system grows
Three target groups, three questionnaire variants, one configurable system. Martina was now making the decisions on her own. She no longer asked „Does this work?“ but „What's the best way to do this?“ The customer process from first contact to evaluation was in place.
Session 7 and beyond
Live and independent
myplanb.at went live. Professional website, working customer process. The first inquiries came through word of mouth. Martina has been working independently ever since and keeps developing her offering.
